For a visit to a museum groups of 25 people\/students maximum <\/strong> are accepted, in addition it is requested to divide the group into 2 guides. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Specification list<\/h2>\n

By group we mean 6 to 50 participants <\/strong>. Above 50 participants it is advisable to divide the group into two, each with a guide. Under 6 participants request a specific quote.<\/p>\n

For full day service in Veneto (excluding Venice) <\/strong> we mean maximum 5 hours <\/strong> (consecutive or to be divided into a before and after lunch break) in the city, starting and end of service at the same point (specific programs will be required for travel programs).<\/p>\n

In Venice, instead, the actual visiting hours are counted, that is, the visit is an hourly rate.[\/vc_column_text][vc_tta_accordion style=”flat” shape=”square” gap=”5″ active_section=”0″ collapsible_all=”true”][vc_tta_section title=”SUPPLEMENTS” tab_id=”1518705792446-a79ac59e-9b85″][vc_column_text]Supplements apply to the rates indicated above for the start and end of the service in different locations, pick-up outside the historic centers, transfers, additional hour, bilingual guide for mixed groups, personalized itineraries, etc. For details, do not hesitate to send a request.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”TERMS OF PAYMENT” tab_id=”1518705792486-ca8cd80d-4dac”][vc_column_text]The above rates are to be understood gross of the R.A. (withholding tax) 20% .<\/p>\n

Entrance fees to museums, monuments, etc., are not included <\/strong> in the rate for the guided tour.<\/p>\n

Depending on their tax systems, some guides will apply + <\/strong> 4% INPS compensation <\/strong> to the gross tariffs.<\/p>\n

The prepayment <\/strong> is required in the case of new customers by sending an invoice notice directly from the assigned guide and by bank transfer. Any transfer costs are charged to the customer.<\/p>\n

The invoice issued will report the revenue stamp of \u20ac 2.00 <\/strong> only when the net amount is greater than 75 euros. Online booking and use of radio guides with earphones for guided tours of groups of more than 10 people are mandatory<\/h3>\n

The main changes <\/strong> are two: the groups <\/em><\/strong> more than 10 people <\/em> <\/strong> must obligatorily < strong> book the guided tour using the appropriate online form, also during the visit they must use the radio guides with earphones <\/strong>, they can be booked at:<\/p>\n

Groups will have the opportunity to take the guided tour with their own guide or request to be accompanied by a friar or a guide from the Basilica <\/strong>. In both cases, however, on the day of the visit the groups must register with the Information Office, delivering the print of the confirmation email, with the relevant code, received at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

STUDENTI<\/u><\/strong> : <\/strong> If it is a middle school, it is not necessary to use the earphones in the Basilica. Starting from high school <\/u> <\/strong> it is mandatory to have earphones <\/u> and to book the entrance time slot.<\/p>\n
